Discover rewards tailored just for you. Whether you have a specific item in mind or need some inspiration, Appy makes redeeming your points effortless.
Instead of searching on your own, just ask Appy! Try prompts like “What are the best rewards for 2,000 points?” or “Find me a yoga mat.” Your AI Shopping Assistant will personalize recommendations based on your request, ensuring you always find the perfect reward for your hard work.
How it works:
- Click the sparkly AI assistant button in the Marketplace
- Tell Appy about what you're looking for or who you're shopping for
- Get personalized product recommendations based on your available points
- Chat naturally – Appy understands questions like "I want something for my coffee-loving colleague" or "What can I get for around 500 points?"

Just click the AI assistant button, tell Appy the who, what, and why of the achievement, and it will instantly draft a sincere, polished message for you to review, edit, and send.

Get Recognized Your Way. You can now define your preferred recognition style—whether you are a Team Builder, Achievement Seeker, or Values Champion—directly in your settings. These preferences act as a guide for your colleagues and managers, ensuring that every shout-out lands the way you intend. Plus, this data seamlessly integrates with our AI Writing Assistant to generate more personalized and meaningful praise.
Top Givers Leaderboard
Celebrate the Champions of Appreciation Great culture isn't just about getting recognition—it's about giving it, too. We’ve expanded our Leaderboards to include a new Top Givers view! Just like our existing "Top Receivers" board, this new tracking system highlights the team members who are most active in sending praise, badges, and points to their peers. It’s the perfect way to spot and reward the culture champions who are constantly lifting others up.
Automated Leaderboard Bonuses
Configurable Leaderboard Rewards. We’ve overhauled the Leaderboard experience to give Admins total control. You can now set specific monthly strategies—tracking Top Givers, Most Badges, or Points Earned—and allocate automatic bonus pools for your winners. The system features smart distribution logic (ensuring every winner gets a meaningful reward) and automatically publishes beautiful celebration posts to the Newsfeed to kick off the new month.
What you can configure:

The Strategy: Choose who to reward (Most Points Earned, Most Badges Received, or Top Givers).

The Winners: Decide how many top performers to recognize (e.g., Top 3, Top 10).

The Reward: Set the total points pool that gets divided among winners.

The Message: Customize the recognition message that appears on the automated Newsfeed post.
Quick Awards
Never Miss a Moment. We know work gets busy, and sometimes scrolling through the Newsfeed to catch up on missed recognitions just isn’t possible. That’s why we created Quick Awards. Located right on your Workplace dashboard, this smart list surfaces any recent recognitions you haven’t interacted with yet. It allows you to quickly award points or badges to multiple colleagues in seconds, ensuring that great work is always celebrated—even when you’re short on time.
