A look at how this real estate company uses Applauz and peer recognition to keep employees feeling valued and happy!

Tripcap Residential Group was founded in 2007 and is a real estate firm based out of Chicago.
As an employer, Tripcap has been awarded several workplace awards and is a top-rated place to work. Their company proudly states that they are a "fusion of great people and disciplined process."
Jessica Eberbach is the VP of People and Culture at Tripcap Residential Group.
Her focus includes employee engagement, talent acquisition, training & development, and company culture.
Before using Applauz, they used another HR platform for Pulse Survey. And it also allowed their employees to give recognition and shoutouts.
However, Jessica explained that their previous system was "missing the rewarding piece for our people."
"They would hear the thank you from others, but we wanted to be able to offer our top performers more with receiving rewards."
Jessica considered Applauz as they were looking to create an employee reward program that allowed every seat in the company to be a part of delivering recognition.
As such, she loved the Peer-to-Peer aspect of Applauz. The platform allowed every employee an opportunity to give points and badges to others in the organization.
"This allows for employees to feel the autonomy in not only showing appreciation to anyone they work with but filling their sense of value buckets too!"
Jessica got her Applauz program up and running very quickly. The Applauz engagement team helped her get everything set up the way we wanted it before the launch.
"They worked quickly and efficiently. It was also nice to customize the tool with our logo, badges and custom images for our company."
Within a couple of weeks, everyone started using Applauz. And they currently use all the seats within the organization. Jessica also confirmed that the company's leadership is active and engaged with the program, which helps encourage others to use it too!
Jessica shares that she loves to look at weekly reports generated from the weekly Pulse Surveys. It helps her keep connected to the sentiment of her workplace culture.
"We like to see the metrics in how we are performing in different themes and see where we can find improvement."
Ultimately, all the feedback about Applauz has been extremely positive. The program has helped elevate the culture at Tricap.
"I enjoy applauz, and it does elevate our culture here at Tricap. "
In addition, since Tricaps workforce is a combination of remote, hybrid and onsite roles all over the US, Applauz helps keep everyone connected. For example, a team member in Colorado working in sales can recognize a team member in North Carolina in the customer service department.
"It really is crossing over in all departments."
