    In addition, HRD determines their Best Place to Work rankings by surveying the employees of each company.

    Employees are asked to rate their company on various metrics considered drivers of employee satisfaction. To be recognized as a Best Place to Work, employers needed an overall satisfaction rating of 75 percent.
