Montreal, Quebec — July 30, 2018 – Applauz announces today that it has been selected as a Finalist for “HRD Reader’s Choice Award for Best Service Provider (fewer than 100 Staff)” in the 5th annual Canadian HR Awards.

The Canadian HR Awards is considered to be the most prestigious independent award for the HR industry in Canada celebrating the achievements of people-centered leadership, service, performance, innovation, and principle in Canadian business.

Winners in all 24 categories will be selected by a panel of industry experts and announced on September 20, 2018. During this stellar black-tie event held this year at The Liberty Grand in Toronto, attendees and finalists will be entertained by ‘TV’s funniest woman, Jessi Cruickshank, who has been chosen as this year’s Master of Ceremony. The event will be attended by over 600 Canadian HR professionals from the country’s top HR teams and employers.

“The finalists are the best of the best,” said Jessica Duce, Project Director of Canadian HR Awards. “They demonstrate the resilience, innovation and sheer management it takes to build a thriving people-centered business today. Success stories like theirs are the lifeblood of HR in Canada.”

“We’re incredibly proud to be considered for this prestigious award”, said François Fortier, CEO, and founder of the KLF Group. “We developed Applauz Recognition as free employee recognition software, to help small-to-medium-sized businesses like ours improve on employee engagement.
