Redeeming Your Service Awards Gift

Whether you were sent a gift-voucher to celebrate a work anniversary or simply as a spot gift, follow the steps below to redeem an item of your choosing.

Logging In and Shopping For a Gift

In your celebration email, click on the "Shop my Gift" button at the bottom. 


This action will take you directly to the Applauz platform. Here, you will see a panel with your name and profile. 


At the bottom, you will see a "Service Awards" section with the message "You have 1 service award to redeem."

Click on the button that shows the anniversary you are celebrating.

You will be redirected to the Applauz Marketplace where you will see all the gifts available to you for your work anniversary.

Take your time to shop for your gift -- you have 90-days!

You can always log out of Applauz and log back in by accessing the "Shop My Gift" link in your celebration email.

Modifying your Basic Information

Note: If it's your first time redeeming an anniversary gift on Applauz, it's important to remember, your gift of choice will be shipped directly to you.

As such, it's important to ensure your shipping address is input and/or up-to-date.

To do this, hover over the profile photo on the top right corner of the main navigation bar and select "My Profile."


Once inside your profile click on "Edit Preferences."


You will be directed to a new page where you can edit your Shipping Address, Billing Address, and Notification Preferences.


Remember to click on "Save" to save the changes you've made.

What to Expect After Your Gift is Redeemed 

Once your gift selection is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. From there, Applauz will work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Note: All orders are shipped with Canada Post and can be tracked with your tracking number at

Where is my order?

You can follow up on the status of your order or find your tracking number by hovering over the profile photo in the top right of Applauz and selecting "My Orders."

Under My Orders, you will find your order history, the status of each, and tracking numbers by clicking on the small arrow to the right of each order.
