Implementing structured goals within your Applauz software is essential for boosting organizational efficiency and employee engagement. By clearly defining goals, you provide employees with a sense of direction and purpose, which enhances their productivity and job satisfaction.
Setting up goals through the Applauz platform allows for meticulous management and straightforward progress tracking, ensuring that both employees and management can easily monitor progress and achievements.
Step-by-Step Guide
To set up employee Goals in the Applauz software, follow these steps:

Navigate to Goals On the main sidebar on the left-hand side, click on Goals.

Access Management Click on Manage Goals in the sub-menu on the left-hand side.

Start a New Goal Click on the New Goal button located at the top right-hand side of the screen.

Enter Goal Details Fill in the following information to define the goal:

Title: The name of the goal.

Goal Group (Optional): Categorize the goal if needed.

Assignee(s): Select the employee(s) responsible for this goal.

Due date: Select the deadline.

Description: Provide specific details about expectations.

Attachments (Optional): Upload any relevant files or briefs.

Define Tasks Break down the goal by adding Main tasks and Sub-tasks.

Permission Setting: Choose whether you want employees to be able to mark tasks as complete themselves.

Set Privacy Choose the desired Privacy level for this goal (e.g., Public or Private).

Finalize Click Set Goal to save and assign the goal.
