      Service Awards Onboarding Guide

      Here's how to start using your Service Awards

      Prepare the following before you start:

      1. Milestones you want to celebrate with dollar value amount

      2. Fill in the excel document, including first name, last name, email address, hire date (yyyy-mm-dd) and preferred language (fr or en). Ignore the rest.

        DOWNLOAD THE EXCEL TEMPLATE HERE

        NOTE: Save the document as a .csv when you've completed it.

      3. The messaging you would like to send based on the years being celebrated.

        Note: We have default messages that many clients use!

      4. Credit card on hand.

        Note: Unnecessary if you plan on using Wire Transfers.

      Step-by-step guide (Video example provided below)

      1. Sign in to Applauz using your Welcome email

        1. Create new password

        2. Click on Set New Password

      2. Click on Settings on the bottom left-hand side

        1. Make sure that all your Company Information is filled out correctly

        2. Add a logo (300 x 150)

      3. Click on Program Preferences

        1. Deactivate everything except: Activate Service Awards

          Note: If you wish to have all gifts sent to your company office, activate Use Company Address.

      1. Click on Settings again to return to navigation menu

      2. Click Refresh on the page (Ctrl-R)

      3. Click on Employees

        1. Click on Import

        2. Click on Select or Drag a .csv file…

        3. Select your file

        4. Click Import

        5. Click Done

        6. Click Manage on the left-hand side to review that all your employees are added

      4. Click on Employees again to return to navigation menu

      5. Click on Service Awards

        1. Click on Define my celebrations

        2. Choose the years you want to celebrate

          1. Add years by clicking on Add a celebration button, choosing the year you want to celebrate and pressing “Add to the list”

          2. Click Next

        3. Set the dollar Value of each Milestone

          1. Click next

        4. Edit the messages by clicking on the pencil

        5. Preview the message by click on the eye

        6. Click save

      Congratulations, you’re now ready to start celebrating !
