      Recognizing peers through Slack

      Employees can recognize their peers on Applauz directly through Slack.

      1. Navigate to the "Home" tab of the Applauz Slack app.

      2. Use the dropdown menu under "Choose who to recognize" to select the individuals you wish to recognize.

      3. If available, choose how many points (per individual if multiple) and or which badges you would like to award. (optional).

      4. Use the text field under "What would you like to say?" to write a recognition message.

      5. When ready, click "Recognize on Applauz!" Your message will instantaneously publish on the Applauz News Feed as well as notify your coworkers on the approprate Slack channel.
