Quick Awards – Celebrate Achievements Faster

Quick Awards makes it easier than ever to join in on celebrating your colleagues’ milestones and achievements. This feature highlights recent recognitions you haven’t yet contributed to, helping you stay engaged and never miss a chance to give points

Quick Awards is designed to boost participation in peer recognition by displaying recent achievements from across your organization. With this feature, you can quickly see posts you haven’t yet contributed to and add your support with just a couple of clicks.

Where to Find Quick Awards

You can access Quick Awards through the Newsfeed menu:

Click Newsfeed in the left-hand navigation panel.
Select Quick Awards from the submenu.

From here, you will see the Quick Awards panel showing recent recognitions you can contribute to.

Key Benefits

֎ Never miss an opportunity to celebrate: View recent recognitions from the past month in one place.
֎ Simple participation: Add points or badges to a colleague’s recognition in only a few clicks.

How It Works

Homepage Integration

A Quick Awards panel also appears directly on your homepage.
Shows up to 5 or 6 recent recognitions you have not yet contributed to.
A View All Recognitions link appears if there are more than 6 recent posts.

Smart Filtering

Displays only recognitions posted in the last month.
Hides posts you have already awarded points or badges to.
Includes Recognitions, Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and Goal posts.
Account owners will not see Birthday or Work Anniversary posts, as they are considered the author of those posts.

Viewing and Contributing

Click on the text of a recognition to read the full message.
Give points or badges directly from the panel with minimal clicks.
