Navigating Your Workplace Dashboard

Welcome to your Workplace Dashboard! This central hub gives you a quick overview of your recognition status, colleague interactions, available rewards, and daily tasks.

Here is a breakdown of everything you see on your main screen.

1. The Personal Header

Located at the top of the page, this section is your personal command center.

  • Profile & Navigation: On the left, you see your avatar and greeting. Below your name are quick links to manage your account:

    • Profile: Edit your personal details.

    • Allowance & Points: Check your balances.

    • Orders & Credit Cards: Manage marketplace purchases and payment methods.

    • Notifications: View your alerts.

  • Points Summary: On the far right, you can see your current standing:

    • My Points: The total redeemable points you currently have 

    • Points Awarded: A tracker showing how many points you have given out to others this period 

    • Quick Actions: Use the Marketplace link to spend points or the Recognize heart button to send appreciation to a peer.

2. Your Colleagues

Directly below the header is the colleague carousel.

  • Team Visibility: This horizontal scrolling list shows avatars and names of your coworkers 

  • Navigation: You can click the arrow on the right or select View All to see the full company directory.


3. Quick Awards Feed

The bottom-left section is the social heart of the platform. It acts as a news feed for company-wide recognition.

  • Recent Recognitions: See a list of who recognized whom and read the specific messages of praise.

  • Interactions: On the right side of each recognition post, you can engage with the update by adding badges or points to the recognition with the + button

  • History: Click See All Recognitions at the bottom to view older posts.

4. Activity & Goals Sidebar

The vertical panel on the far right organizes your updates and Goals.

  • Tabs: Toggle between Today and Upcoming to manage your schedule.

  • Goals: At the very bottom, you can track specific objectives, such as "Q2 company growth objectives," including your progress bar and point value for completion.
