New Features for Applauz Service Anniversaries
We're excited to introduce three powerful new features to make celebrating your team's milestones even more simple and impactful.
1. Automate Retirements (Free)
What it is: You can now add retirements to the list of celebrations that you automate within the Applauz platform. This can be done through integration, adding the dates to a csv or inputting the data in manually in-app.
How it helps: Acknowledge the significant milestone of retirement with the same ease, thoughtfulness, and automation you use for work anniversaries. This ensures a consistent and heartfelt send-off for every dedicated employee, honoring their career automatically.
2. Multi-Year Contracts (Cost Saving)
What it is: We now offer multi-year contract options for our Service Anniversary platform.
How it helps: By planning ahead, you can reduce the cost of your license and administration fees by up to 50%, based on your celebration amounts. This not only simplifies your budgeting process but also provides significant cost savings, allowing you to invest more in recognition.
3. Leadership Notifications & Certificates (Paid Feature)
What it is: This is a new add-on feature that enhances the celebration of employee work anniversaries. Each of your managers will receive emails about their upcoming employee work anniversaries, as well as have an opportunity to download a PDF certificate to give out.
How it helps:

Leadership Notifications: All designated leaders will automatically receive an email notification the day before one of their employees' work anniversaries, ensuring they are always prepared to celebrate.

Downloadable Certificates: A professionally designed certificate can be downloaded for the employee, providing a tangible piece of recognition that can be presented to them to mark the special occasion. This empowers leaders to be champions of recognition.
