Creating a Perk in Applauz allows you to offer exclusive rewards to employees, enhancing engagement and motivation. Whether it's discounts, special offers, or unique company benefits, setting up a Perk is quick and easy. Follow these steps to customize and activate a Perk for your team.
Steps to Create a Perk:

Navigate to Perks:
- Click on Perks in the left-hand menu.

Add a Reward:
- Click on Add a Reward in the top-right corner of the page.

Customize Your Perk:
- Enter a name for your Perk.
- Write a description that employees will see.
- Upload an image or select one from the available options.
- Choose a color if using a default image.

Define Perk Details:
- Set the available units (optional).
- Choose an expiry date (optional).
- Assign a value to the Perk.
- Set a redemption limit if needed.
- Click Continue.

Add Instructions:
- Provide redemption instructions for employees.
- Add fulfillment instructions for the person managing the Perk.
- Assign a Fulfillment Responsible to oversee redemptions.
- Click Continue.

Choose Activation Options:
- Select "Activate for all" to make the Perk available immediately.
- Select "Keep inactive" if you want to finalize it later.
- Click "Create New Perk" to complete the setup.
