Redeem Your Applauz Points for Aeroplan Rewards

Your Applauz points can now take you places. You can turn your points into Aeroplan points and enjoy flights, hotels, car rentals, or exclusive merchandise. It is recognition that reaches beyond the workplace and into the skies.

This article walks you through the process, shows you where to find the feature, and explains what to expect after you submit your request.

Before You Start

֎ Ensure you have an active Aeroplan account.
֎ The name in your Applauz profile must match exactly the name in your Aeroplan account.
֎ Make sure you know how many Applauz points you currently have and how many you want to convert.
֎ Confirm you are logged into the correct Aeroplan account.

Step by Step: How to Redeem

Log in to Applauz
Once signed in, select Marketplace from the main menu.
Select the Aeroplan Option
In the Marketplace, look for the Aeroplan reward tile. Click to begin.
Enter the Number of Points
You will see a conversion form. Enter the number of Applauz points you want to turn into Aeroplan points. You will see the number of Aeroplan points you will receive.
Confirm Your Choice
Select Confirm when ready. You will see a confirmation screen letting you know your request has been submitted.
Check Your Email
You will receive an automated confirmation email from Aeroplan with the details of your transaction and a reference number. Keep this email for your records.
View Your Aeroplan Points
Log into your Aeroplan account to confirm your new balance. Your points will now be ready to redeem for travel rewards.

Where to View Your Past Conversions

As an Applauz User
֎ On the same page where you make your Aeroplan redemption
֎ In the My Points section under your account menu, along with all other point transactions

As an Organization Admin
Go to Billing then Points Transactions to see employee conversions.

Tips for a Smooth Experience

֎ Double check your Aeroplan and Applauz account names match perfectly
֎ Only redeem if your Aeroplan account is active
֎ Keep your confirmation email until your points appear in Aeroplan
֎ Make sure you are converting the exact number of points you want since the transaction cannot be reversed

What Happens After You Redeem

When you complete the redemption form, Applauz sends your request to Aeroplan through our Snappoints integration. Aeroplan will process your request and send you a confirmation email. This email includes your transaction reference number and confirms the number of Aeroplan points added to your account.
