    SC811 is South Carolina's centralized hotline to educate and provide support to residents who are planning excavation and digging projects. 

    Since 1978, this not-for-profit company has worked hard to support damage prevention of underground infrastructure. They are committed to the safety of the residents of South Carolina and preventing damages to land in these local communities.

    We talked to Brigette Walters, the Administrative Operations Manager at SC811. Wesc811 discussed her experience finding Applauz and onboarding her team onto the platform. 

    First off, Brigette explained that they used another recognition tool before Applauz. But, since they stopped using it, they were on the lookout for a "more robust recognition application." Since they already used BambooHR, they felt Applauz would be a great fit.

    The integration between Applauz and BambooHR makes the set-up quick and easy. 

    Brigette agrees; the set-up of Applauz "was a breeze." Applauz integrates seamlessly with BambooHR, completely eliminating the manual entry of employee information. Everything syncs up automatically.

    Rolling it out to the entire team

    Things "went very well" from the start in the program's rollout. Brigitte confirms she gave her managers time to test the platform and familiarize themselves with it before rolling it out to everyone. 

    However, once Brigette rolled out the program to all 53 employees, all of SC811's employees started participating from day 1! 

    On day 1, we had numerous recognitions, badges awarded, and points awarded.

    Brigette says that all the employee feedback they have received so far has been incredibly positive. Everyone is loving Applauz!
