How to Redeem Your Service Award Gift on Applauz

Congrats on your recent work anniversary! You should have already received your celebration email. Now you can redeem your gift on the Applauz Marketplace.

Here's a quick rundown of how you can log into Applauz and access the Marketplace to redeem your gift, and other useful information to help you through the process.

Logging In and Shopping For a Gift

In your celebration email, click on the "Shop my Gift" button at the bottom. 


This action will take you to the Applauz platform Newsfeed. To the left of the Newsfeed, you will see a panel with your name and profile. 

At the bottom, you will see a "Service Awards" section with the message "You have 1 service award to redeem."

Click on the button that shows the anniversary you are celebrating.


You will be redirected to the Applauz Marketplace where you will see all the gifts available to you for your work anniversary.

Take your time to shop for your gift--you have 90-days!

You can always log out of Applauz and log back in by accessing the "Shop My Gift" button found in your celebration email.

Modifying your Basic Information

If it's your first time redeeming an anniversary gift on Applauz, it's important to note, your gift of choice will be shipped directly to you.

As such, it's important to ensure your shipping address is input and/or up-to-date.

To do this, hover over the profile photo on the top right corner of the main navigation bar and select "My Profile."


Once inside your profile click on "Edit Preferences."


You will be directed to a new page where you can edit your Shipping Address, Billing Address, and Notification Preferences.


Remember to click on "Save" to save the changes you've made.

What to Expect After Your Gift is Redeemed 

Once your gift selection is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Note: All orders are shipped with Canada Post and can be tracked with your tracking number at www.canadapost.ca.

You can follow up on your order's status and tracking number by hovering over the profile photo in the top right and selecting "My Orders."

Here you will find your complete order history and status of each.
